Classic grids, your way
Make rectangular puzzles to any size and piece count, or hexagonal puzzles with rings, circle warp and trimmed edges for something that doesn't look like every other puzzle.
Your own shape
Upload any closed outline, like a state, a pet silhouette, or a logo from Vector Work, choose a piece count, and Puzzle Studio cuts it into pieces.
Name puzzles
Type a name, pick a font and size, and every letter becomes interlocking pieces. Shuffle the seams or edit them by hand until it's right. It makes a great kid's gift.
Interlocking tessellations
Tile a panel with interlocking birds, fish, lizards, or birds and fish together, in two contrasting materials. Simpler square, rectangle and zigzag tiles are there too.
Tabs with character
Shape the tabs: their size, length, neck width, inside radius and position, plus a little randomness so no two pieces look the same.
Joints your bit can cut
Run the cut check for your laser or CNC end mill before you cut. It flags joints your bit can't reach, and for tessellations it can adjust the curves to radii your bit can cut in one click.
Files ready to cut
Download SVG or DXF as cut lines or closed pieces, as one path or many, depending on what your machine software wants.
